A holistic human consciousness is the orientation for any form of growth, transformation and organisation.
Sustainability, love and well being of all beings are the source and the goal of our actions.
We live co-creation in all areas of our lives – respecting and involving each human being with their own individual potential.
Power and responsibility are aligned and serve humanity.
The need
Power structures, systems and our relation to tech need an update: so they can serve us and not viceversa.
We need to experiment and learn new ways to create, to decide and to organize together now – so that our future co-leadership will be more intelligent, loving and purpose-driven, more human.
The consciousness about potentials, connection and interaction needs to rise amongst us, so we can lead ourselves from a higher level of understanding.
Soulful Leadership
As Soulful Leaders we gift our potentials to the transformation towards this future vision and we create spaces of co-creation and togetherness to enable others to do so, too.
Soulful Leadership originates from the teachings of Kan Yu and fosters the development of personal potentials, thus creating sustainable growth within universal alignment.
Soulful Leadership means to lead from the heart with the wisdom of the future.
As Soulful Leaders we align all our actions to a peaceful future vision.

Research
Soulful Leadership uses Soulful Meditation to train the consciousness and perception of the spaces we create as leaders and leading ourselves. Soulful Meditation centers on the love of the heart as a transformative and guiding natural force within us and is a way to unfold potentials and consciously connect.
In our recent research project together with the Goethe University Frankfurt/ Main we investigate the effects of Soulful Meditation on leadership skills and employee satisfaction.
